My name is Silvia, I am 45 years old, I am a woman, mother, wife, smiling and stubborn friend, and I chose, with my heart, the path of care.

For many years, I worked in the restaurant business, where I became the manager of a team of 40 people. It was a demanding, intense job that taught me a lot. But it was after I became a mother that something in me changed. Motherhood brought a new perspective on life and on myself. I felt it was time to care in a different way: more gently, more consciously.

At almost 40, I left the restaurant business to follow a new direction. I trained as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, and since then I have dedicated myself to caring with my hands and my soul. My work goes beyond technique; it is about presence, listening and welcoming. I believe that every body has a story, and it is in this space of trust that I allow touch to be a tool for relief, balance and transformation.
